We take quality and safety seriously. Our product is a sealed food-grade aerosol in a pressurized aluminum can and qualifies as Dangerous Goods under LQ rules. Therefore, special return conditions apply.

You may request a return within 30 days if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• The can is nearly full (approx. 200ml) — this will be checked
• The spray function is intact, no leakage has occurred
• You contact us in advance with photo or video proof
• You include proof of purchase

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or wrong item must be reported within 48 hours with photos/videos.

Returns must be shipped using the original certified box with LQ label. Returns in non-original or damaged packaging will be rejected for safety reasons.

If the item is defective or damaged (with proof), we will cover the return cost and issue a return label. If you changed your mind but the item is unused, you may return it at your own expense.

Minor dents or label imperfections do not qualify for return if the product is fully functional and legal markings are readable.

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially emptied products, gift cards, or personalized or discounted items.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approved inspection. If no refund has been received after 15 days, contact us at info@aerfrypro.com.
