1. Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts formed through our online store.
2. Contract Formation
The product listings in our store represent binding offers. A contract is formed when you click “Buy now” during checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email, but the contract is finalized only upon our dispatch or shipping confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT. The prices at the time of order apply. We accept the payment methods offered during checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna).
4. Shipping Conditions
Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy. Products are classified as Dangerous Goods (LQ) and are shipped only in certified packaging.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EU have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until fully paid for.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only under the conditions in our Refund Policy. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with proof.
8. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and only for foreseeable damages. No liability for indirect or consequential damages. Product liability law remains unaffected.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Wiener Neustadt, Austria, if you are a business customer or reside outside the EU.
10. Severability Clause
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest shall remain in full force and effect.
